Objectives & Impact

What we set out
to achieve.

Six concrete objectives — each targeting a specific gap in Western Balkan vocational education, each backed by measurable outcomes.

1

Develop Co-Designed, Industry-Aligned Learning Modules

Built through structured collaboration with VET institutions, SMEs, and academic experts — validated by real industry feedback before implementation.

2

Embed Circular and Regenerative Principles into VET Curricula

Not as an add-on, but as a foundational lens through which bio-production is understood and practiced.

3

Promote Hands-On, Digital, Work-Based Learning

Through pilot programs, virtual simulations, and practical field experiences in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and North Macedonia.

4

Upskill VET Educators and Trainers

A dedicated Train-the-Trainers model ensures that at least 80% of participating educators successfully integrate new digital tools and curriculum approaches into their teaching.

5

Launch a Micro-Credentials Framework

Modular, stackable, and aligned with European and national qualification frameworks — giving learners recognized certifications that travel with them across borders and sectors.

6

Foster Multi-Stakeholder Co-Innovation Networks

Establishing structured collaboration between VET institutions, SMEs, universities, and industry experts that outlasts the project itself.
